How to book.

Booking your photoshoot and what you need to know.

You should aim to book your newborn session between your 12 and 20 week scans. That may seem pretty early however, I can then make your booking based on your due date and we can confirm the official shoot day once your little bundle arrives.

What happens next.

Newborn sessions get the best results when taken within the first two weeks after birth. This allows me to safely position your baby and capture all of those tiny details you want to remember forever, from their “tiny toes” to their fuzzy little ears. These pictures will bring back memories that could otherwise be lost in the fog of sleep deprivation.

What to expect.

A new born session can last between 2-4 hours however we will go at your baby’s pace. We all know babies require lots of attention, so cuddles and milk breaks are a warm welcome. My photography style is relaxed & natural moments that you simply can’t capture yourself with your hands so full.

Allow me to come to you.

I am a mummy of two myself so let me tell you, I know the madness of getting out of the door with a newborn. Going to the shops is now like packing for a holiday. So pop the kettle on and enjoy the cosy nest that you’re relishing. I bring all of the equipment and you have everything within arms reach. No worries about the parking ticket running out or being home in time for Nanni visit. and if Nanni does arrive, the more the merrier.

Remember pictures are your memories, so capture every moment. They take you back to a time of overwhelming love. I like to focus on the here and now, let me capture moments of you rocking your newborn by the window where you feed every day. Or the chair you snuggle in together with their first story because those are the conversations you will have with them one day. Those are the pictures that can only get more valuable with time.
